Relief Hospital Pharmacist – Temporary/Per Diem Coverage
Location: Grantsburg, WI
This position offers an opportunity to provide critical pharmacy support at a small critical care hospital. The role focuses on ensuring patient safety and effective medication management within an inpatient hospital setting. The assignment requires a dedicated, detail-oriented pharmacist capable of independently managing pharmacy operations during coverage dates.

Schedule/Hours:

Responsibilities:
- Verify prescriptions and medication orders with precision
- Review physician orders for accuracy and appropriateness
- Respond promptly to medication-related inquiries from nursing and medical staff
- Support daily inpatient pharmacy operations to maintain seamless workflow
- Ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medications
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license required
- Prior experience in inpatient hospital and/or critical care pharmacy settings
- Strong clinical judgment to make informed medication decisions
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently within a small hospital environment
