HUD Property Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of an affordable housing community.
• Drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and property performance.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, rent collections, and NOI.
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, vendors, and onsite team performance.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and Fair Housing regulations.
• Build strong resident relationships and lead resident retention initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Property management experience, preferably in affordable housing.
• LIHTC experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
