Hospital Pharmacist in Edgar, WI

The assignment is based in a 250-bed facility, providing comprehensive pharmaceutical services to support patient care. Location: Edgar, WI (Travel assignment to Marshfield, WI)

Schedule/Hours:

• 7 days on, 7 days off
• Primarily 3rd shift (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Workweek typically starts on Wednesday

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in a hospital environment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient therapy
• Utilize Cerner and Omnicell systems for medication management
• Monitor patient medication regimens for safety and efficacy
• Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory policies

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin or willingness to obtain an Act 10 temporary license
• Experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting
• Proficient with Cerner and Omnicell systems preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently on a rotating shift schedule
