Accounts Payable

A growing organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support a high-volume AP department during an exciting period of growth and transition. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is able to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
• Code invoices and ensure proper approvals are obtained
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Assist with payment processing and AP reporting
• Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
• Support various accounts payable functions as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous accounts payable experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required

Additional Information

• Onsite role, full time role in Tulsa, OK
• Overtime available during peak periods

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
