Housekeeper Needed

Searching for a great, reliable and trustworthy house cleaner who will thoroughly clean each visit. My goal is to have all surfaces cleaned (base boards, fan, lamps, (and walls if needed)) on a bi-weekly basis. Cleaning service will not work for me if I have to take out a mop or clean things not touched after you leave. We have a chocolate lab puppy and 2 people living in the house. Can you provide your own cleaning supplies (detergents, equipment, etc.)?
