We're partnering with a well-established commercial construction company seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead K-12 educational construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

\n

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Manage K-12 construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
\n
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and project documentation.
\n
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and project owners.
\n
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
\n
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
\n
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
\n
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure successful project execution.
\n
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Proven experience managing K-12 or educational construction projects.
\n
• Ability to independently manage commercial construction projects from start to finish.
\n
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project management.
\n
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
\n
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
\n
• Experience with construction management software.
\n
• Public sector or educational construction experience is highly preferred.
\n

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 to $130,000 base salary, depending on experience.
\n
• Truck allowance or company vehicle.
\n
• Per diem.
\n
