**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse in PACU-DAY Shift!** **Job Description:** - **Shift Details:** - Days - 8:00AM to 6:30PM - Rotating schedule: 4, 10-hour shifts - **Start Date:** ASAP - **Essential Qualifications:** - Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license - Current BLS certification via AHA - Current ACLS certification via AHA - Current PALS certification via AHA - **Weekend Requirements:** - 2 weekends per month (12-hour shifts) - On-call every other Saturday or Sunday - **On-Call Requirement:** - One night call per week - **Floating Requirement:** - May work in other units within surgical services - **Technology:** - EMR Used: EPIC - **Dress Code:** - Graphite Gray Scrubs - **Role Overview:** - Coordinate and implement patient care tailored to the age and needs of patients. - Ensure quality and efficient care consistent with unit standards. - Exhibit respect and consideration for all patients, families, and staff. - **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess and prioritize patient needs based on age, symptoms, and psychosocial factors. - Develop and implement personalized care plans. - Perform systematic evaluations of patient progress and modify care plans as needed. - Engage in patient education and assist in discharge planning. - Execute timely interventions based on patient requirements. - **Qualifications:** - Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program. - Knowledge of patient rights and effective communication based on developmental age. - **Experience Requirements:** - Newly hired nurses with two or fewer years of experience start at CN I status. - Consideration for higher clinical ladder levels (II & III) based on relevant experience and additional education. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
