\n# of Beds/Residents 30 residents per unit (60 total for.
\nFloor).
\nPrivate rooms.
\nEMR Point Click Care.
\nRatios RN's/LPN's: 1:15.
\n\n
12 hour shifts (6:45-7:15), every other weekend required; scheduled.
\nCall or Standby Requirement NO.
\nFloating Requirements Travel float as needed travelers will float before CORE staff.
\nScrub Color/Dress Code RN's: navy blue nurses.
\n\n
Required Certifications CPR Must have their CPR prior to first day.
\n\n
Common diagnosis / Types of patients Inability to care for self, Sepsis,
\nFemur Fx, NSTEMI, CKF, CHF, UTI.
\nMix of long term residents and residents here to gain strength to return home.
\nJob Duties LPN - Pass meds, wound care, Foley/cath care, PEG tube feedings,
\nOstomy care, trache care. RN will take care of IVs, PICC lines, mediports, etc.
\nExperience or 'Must have' skills.
\nAre there IV's or titratable drips? IVs, PICC lines, Mediports, Central lines.
\nIV Antibiotics/Blood/ IVF.
\nDo RN's read strips? NO.
