American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Med/Surg position in Kula, HI, requiring an active HI RN license and at least 1 year of recent experience.

• Hospital Med/Surg unit setting
\n
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 12-hour day/night variable schedule
\n
• Weekend and holiday coverage required
\n
• Epic EMR used
\n
• 13-week contract
\n
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Active Hawaii (HI) RN license required — must be active at time of consideration; pending licensure not accepted
\n
• Current BLS certification required — must be active at time of consideration; pending certifications not accepted
\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent Med/Surg RN experience within the last 3 years
\n
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
\n
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
\n
• BSN or related field preferred
\n

• Candidates who have worked on assignment(s) totaling two or more years within a rolling period (with any lapses shorter than 3 months not resetting the clock) must take a 90-day break before being eligible for this position
