**Join Our Dynamic Labor and Delivery Team!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Overview:** - 8 labor beds, 2 triage beds, 2 OR, and 1 recovery room bed - Committed staff of 32 professionals - Patient ratios of 1:1 to 2:1, ensuring personalized care - **Shifts Available:** - Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM, 13-week contract - Opportunities for flexible scheduling and teamwork - **Essential Qualifications:** - Experience in transition, postpartum, and newborn care - Preferred: Charge experience - **Key Responsibilities:** - Support laboring patients and assist in vaginal deliveries - Participate in C-sections and care for new mothers and their babies - **Best Personality Fit:** - Motivated team player with strong independence and flexibility - **Required Certifications:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - **Floating Areas:** - Mother/Baby - **Dress Code:** - Scrubs: Royal Blue - **Schedule Commitment:** - Every other weekend required Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
