We're recruiting for an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join a leading food manufacturing company in Jonesboro, AR.This is a key leadership role responsible for driving site-wide safety, environmental compliance and continuous improvement while promoting a strong safety culture across the facility.

What You'll Do

\n

\n

\n
• Lead all Environmental, Health & Safety programs across the site
\n
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and federal, state and local regulations
\n
• Develop and improve the site's EHS management system
\n
• Drive behaviour-based safety and continuous improvement initiatives
\n
• Lead accident investigations and corrective actions
\n
• Manage OSHA recordkeeping, workers' compensation and incident reporting
\n
• Support production teams with hazard identification and risk reduction
\n
• Lead industrial hygiene, sustainability and risk management initiatives
\n
• Chair safety committee meetings and support regulatory inspections
\n
• Support SQF, internal and external compliance audits
\n

\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene or a related field
\n
• 5+ years' EHS leadership experience within manufacturing
\n
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance
\n
• Experience managing audits, inspections and regulatory requirements
\n
• Experience leading site-wide safety initiatives and continuous improvement
\n
• Food manufacturing experience is preferred
\n
• CSP certification or Master's degree is an advantage
\n
