Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult and geriatric patients in a 4-bed ICU setting.
\n
• Manage and assess the needs of patients with acute and chronic conditions, including respiratory failure and cardiac issues.
\n
• Administer medications and IV therapies following safe practice guidelines.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams such as physical therapy, respiratory services, and radiology.
\n
• Utilize Epic charting system to maintain and update patient records accurately.
\n
• Ensure compliance with isolation precautions and infection prevention protocols.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current valid CA RN license or eligibility to obtain upon hire.
\n
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU nursing experience required.
\n
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are mandatory.
\n
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
\n
• Strong skills in arterial line and central line management.
\n
• Flexibility to work 2 out of 4 weekends per month as scheduled.
\n
