Description\n

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position in Lima, OH, requiring at least 1 year of ED experience and active TNCC certification.

Details\n

• 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
\n
• Every other weekend required
\n
• No on-call responsibilities
\n
• Floating to all units within skill level is required
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Active OH or Compact RN license (verified via Nursys)
\n
• Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
\n
• Active TNCC certification required
\n
• Minimum 1 year of ED experience required
\n
• Current skills checklist (within the last year) pertinent to Emergency Room required for consideration
\n

Additional Information\n

\n
• Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using age-specific criteria
\n
• Assists in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff including LPNs, PCTs, and Unit Secretaries
\n
• RTO requests are limited to no more than 5 days for the duration of the contract
\n
• 13-week contract based in Lima, OH
