Position Overview

\n

GRN Great Plains is seeking a driven Manufacturing Project Manager to lead high-impact manufacturing, capital equipment, operational improvement, and facility projects across multiple locations.

\n

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys leading cross-functional teams, and wants to play a key role in helping build and support manufacturing operations from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Lead projects from concept through implementation
\n
• Manage schedules, budgets, timelines, and project deliverables
\n
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, maintenance, and leadership
\n
• Drive capital equipment, process improvement, and operational initiatives
\n
• Identify risks and develop proactive solutions
\n
• Track project performance and communicate updates to stakeholders
\n
• Support continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency efforts
\n
• Travel to manufacturing facilities as needed
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n
• 7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
\n
• Experience leading capital projects, operational improvements, or manufacturing initiatives
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
\n
• Engineering, Operations, Business, or related degree preferred
\n
• PMP certification is a plus
\n

Physical Requirements

\n

Ability to travel between facilities and work within manufacturing environments, including walking production floors, climbing stairs/ladders, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
