Job Description
\nRegistered Nurses are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care delivery. The Registered Nurse provides clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift.

- Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction) - Required \n
- TNCC - preferred but not required \n
