Site Director – Clinical Research

Lead the day-to-day operations of a clinical research site and the team that runs it. In this role, you'll drive site performance, safeguard patient safety, and ensure every study meets its enrollment, quality, and compliance goals. If you thrive on both the operational and people sides of clinical research, this is a chance to own site success end to end.

What you'll do:

\n
• Lead overall site operations, driving performance, efficiency, and patient safety while maintaining protocol, GCP, and regulatory compliance.
\n
• Partner with Business Development, Patient Recruitment, Finance, and Quality to hit study milestones, stay on budget, and deliver clean data to sponsors.
\n
• Monitor performance dashboards and trial systems to keep site activity, staffing, and data on track.
\n
• Manage resource allocation and study team performance, identifying and escalating risks to timeline, quality, or budget.
\n
• Lead and develop site staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
\n
• Collaborate with investigators to protect patient safety and meet client goals and timelines.
\n
• Build and execute corrective action plans at the site and study level.
\n

What you'll bring:

\n
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of clinical research experience (or equivalent).
\n
• 2+ years of management experience, including clinical research site management.
\n
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• High integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information in line with HIPAA.
\n
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
