About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a well-established commercial construction company seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on K-12 educational construction projects.

\n

This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on construction leader who excels at managing job sites, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and delivering high-quality educational facilities safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Lead all on-site construction activities for K-12 educational projects.
\n
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, vendors, and daily field operations.
\n
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
\n
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain exceptional quality control.
\n
• Conduct daily coordination meetings with field teams and project management.
\n
• Identify and resolve field challenges to keep projects moving efficiently.
\n
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and local building requirements.
\n
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors throughout construction.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• 10+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
\n
• Proven experience leading K-12 or educational construction projects.
\n
• Strong leadership and field coordination skills.
\n
• Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics.
\n
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
\n
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.
\n
• Candidates located in or near South Georgia are strongly preferred.
\n

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 to $130,000 base salary, depending on experience.
\n
• Truck allowance or company vehicle.
\n
• Per diem.
\n
