\nSchedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Patient ratio of 4:1. Half of weekends required during contract. 91-day assignment with 36 hours of orientation.

- Intermediate Care (IMC) unit with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and physical therapy \n
- Epic charting system utilized for electronic medical records \n
- Opportunity to work with diverse patient populations requiring telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips, ventilator management, and complex medical-surgical care \n
- Collaborative environment with access to phlebotomy, radiology, social services, interpretation services, and transportation support \n
- Preferred trauma level experience with focus on advanced critical care skills \n

- Active RN license (state or compact license required at time of application) \n
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required \n
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred \n
- Travel nursing experience preferred \n
- Epic charting system experience required \n
- Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, cardiac drip management, IV insulin protocols, blood product administration, central line care, ventilator management, and interpretation of dysrhythmias \n
- Experience with PCA pumps, tracheostomy care, wound vac management, and high flow nasal cannula preferred \n
- Must complete all onboarding requirements within 48 hours of contract signing \n
- Geographic restrictions apply for local candidates from specific surrounding counties \n
