**Exciting Opportunity for Med Surg RN - Full-Time Night Shift!** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level? - Join a team that values compassionate patient care and teamwork. - As a Med Surg RN, you will plan and provide total patient care using the nursing process. - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. - Direct and guide patient teaching. - Collaborate with ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards. **Qualifications:** - Graduate of an accredited nursing program. - Current Iowa RN license. - BCLS & ACLS certifications required. - Experience preferred but not mandatory. **Hours:** - Full-time night shift: 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. - Occasional rotation on weekends and holidays. **Requirements for Employment & Health:** - Resume. - Two recent employment references. - Online verification of licensure/certification, including expiration and disciplinary actions, within 30 days of start date. - BLS & ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) – Copy of both sides of cards. - Immunizations: - MMR (2 doses or positive titers). - Varicella (positive titer or 2 vaccines). - Polio. - Hepatitis B series, titer, or signed declination. - Current TDaP (dated within 10 years). - Flu vaccination required during Flu Season (Oct 1st – March 31st). - Negative 2-step Mantoux within 1 year or QuantiFERON Gold: - If positive, provide proof of positive & chest x-ray results. - Proof of physical within 1 year of start date. - 10 Panel Drug Screen within 1 month of start date. - Respiratory Fit Test within 1 year of start date (provided if not available). - Criminal Background check (from all states worked/resided in the past 7 years) within 30 days of start date. - National &/or State Sex Offender check. - GSA(EPLS) Sam.gov check within 30 days of start date. - OIG check within 30 days of start date. - Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates (Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse). - Completion of CareLearning education modules (instructions provided by the facility). **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
