About the Role

\n

My Place Hotel Nampa - Overall responsibility for the preventative maintenance of the hotel suites, public space and all related equipment.

\n


\n

Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Perform, administer and document preventative maintenance programs.
  • \n
  • Must possess excellent time management skills and basic computer skills.
  • \n
  • Maintain and manage a work order system for the hotel as well as complete work orders on a timely basis.
  • \n
  • Work directly with the hotel’s General Manager to identify and accomplish all technical and skill-related projects within the hotel including but not limited to the following:

  1. Guest room repair issues (caulking, tile repair, painting, plumbing, etc.).
  2. \n
  3. Determine needs for contract repair/services.
  4. \n
  5. Perform, administer, and document preventative maintenance.
  6. \n
  7. With GM/AGM, implement and manage hotel key control.
  8. \n
  9. Carpet repair/tile floor repair.
  10. \n
  11. Minor roof repairs, painting projects, and exterior projects.
  12. \n
  13. Perform, schedule, administer and document suite care rotation.
  14. \n
  15. Maintain proper records utilizing the property computer system.
  16. \n
  17. Setup and keep updated all maintenance logs.
  18. \n
  19. Know and understand guest needs and expectations.
  20. \n
  21. Assist team with training, supplies and support in order to consistently provide quality service.
  22. \n
  23. Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the company, including but not limited to, those contained in the employee handbook.

  25. Proper administration of key control.

  • The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Department schedules must accommodate fluctuating business demands and associates may be asked to work shifts other than those they prefer or normally work.
  • \n
  • Associates are required to comply with department uniform and appearance standards.
  • \n
  • Associates are expected to carry out all reasonable requests by Managers/Supervisors which the associate can perform.

Qualifications

\n

At least one year experience with hotel maintenance required.

\n


\n

Pay range and compensation package

\n

Starting at $18 and above depending on experience, plus bonuses for guest satisfaction scores. Full Benefits
