Description
\n The Registered Nurse directs and coordinates members of the patient care team, focusing on the provision of individualized quality patient care consistent with Maine State standards. The RN will develop the patient care plan in partnership with the physicians and other team members, utilizing professional nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for all assigned patients. This role demands strong communication and teamwork, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and standards.
