**Join Our Dynamic Medical Oncology Team!** **Job Description:** - **Exciting Opportunity**: Be a key player in providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced medical oncology environment. - **Role Overview**: - Plan, provide, and supervise the nursing care of patients with the guidance of a medical oncologist. - Collaborate with a team of caregivers to coordinate comprehensive care planning. - **Work Schedule**: - 80 hours per pay period. - Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. - **Essential Duties**: - Deliver direct patient care following physician orders, ensuring a compassionate and warm experience. - Record measurements and readings accurately. - Assess patient conditions and provide necessary treatments. - Administer prescribed medications with precision. - Exhibit leadership by fostering collaboration with fellow caregivers on the unit. - **Qualifications**: - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with a current Ohio RN License. - CPR certification within 30 days of employment. - Previous oncology experience is a must. - Strong ability to read, write, and explain moderately complex information to hospital staff. - Exceptional attention to detail. - Excellent oral and written communication skills, alongside the ability to observe, assess, and guide others. - Proficient in reading, calculating, and preparing medications while analyzing patient reactions and applying clinical knowledge. - **Shift Information**: - Day Shift: 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. - **Holiday Coverage Required**: Yes - **Minimum Years of Experience**: 1 **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
