  • Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues

  • Insertion of Intra-Aortic Balloon pump (IABP) (Temporary placement)
  • ICP evaluation and management
  • Dialysis catheter placement
  • Diagnostic/therapeutic taps

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Eligible (within 5 years of Residency)
• Licenses: Licensed in AR
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS
• Experience: Board Eligible within 5 years of Residency

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform rounding on ICU patients and manage critical care cases.
• Respond to in-house call for emergencies and provide overnight coverage.
• Perform invasive procedures including central line placement, arterial line insertion, and bronchoscopy.
• Manage ventilation (invasive and non-invasive) and hemodynamic support.
• Collaborate with support staff for daytime call coverage and patient handoffs.
