Oral Surgeon

Dream Smile Dental is a fast growing privately owned practice in the community and we are looking to add a well-trained Oral Surgeon to join our team.

We are currently referring out a large volume of oral surgery cases and this role would help us manage patient care in-house.

Practice Location: Dream Smile Dental - 801 Upland Ave, Upland, PA 19013

Schedule:
• Part-time: 2-3 days per month

Compensation:
• $2000 daily guarantee or 40-45% of Collections

Key Points:
• Consistent schedule with steady stream of existing and new patients.
• Strong volume of referrals from our busy general dental practice.
• Well-organized practice with mix of Medicaid and private insurance patients.
• Separate practice setup for oral surgery/IV sedation.

Scope of Work:
• Extractions under IV sedation
• Implants, bone grafting, socket preservation.

Requirements:
• Active PA Dental License
• Active PA Anesthesia Permit
• Board Eligible/Certified Oral Surgeon only
