Position DetailsPosition Title: Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA)
Employment Category: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)
Compensation Range: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

As an EFDA at our practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality restorative care and managing advanced clinical workflows. Your primary duties will include:
Placing high-quality dental restorations.
Performing digital intraoral scanning for crowns, bridges, and implant planning.
Operating our in-office milling machine to fabricate restorations (we are fully willing to train the right candidate on this technology!)
Providing efficient, proactive chairside assistance to the Doctor during various advanced procedures.
Ensuring operatories are properly sterilized, stocked, and prepared for patient care.
Certification: Valid Pennsylvania EFDA Certification is required.
X-Ray Certification: Current dental X-ray certification is required.
Experience: Experience with digital workflows (scanning, 3D printing, or milling) is a plus, but we are highly enthusiastic about training a motivated candidate on our specific software and machinery.
