Uintah County Attorneys Office in Vernal, Utah, is hiring a Civil Deputy CountyAttorney!

The Civil Deputy County Attorney position offers a competitive salary of $110,000 $140,000 per year (DOE). This is a full-time role reporting directly to the CountyAttorney. While the core focus is civil practice supporting county government, awillingness to contribute to criminal prosecutions is required, as is an active Utah
State Bar license in good standing.

Strong civil experience is essential; prior criminal prosecution experience is a valuablebonus that will help you stand out.

Youll handle a variety of civil matterscontracts, administrative law, land use,employment issues, litigation support, and morewhile having the opportunity to makea real difference in how local government serves its residents. Its public service withvariety, autonomy, and purpose.
