Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time – 3p-11p

 

Solon Pointe Assisted Living in Solon is seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team!

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition

• Perform wound care and other clinical procedures as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Supervise and support STNAs during daily care activities

• Communicate resident status changes to physicians and the care team

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program or college/university

• Current, active, and unencumbered Ohio LPN license

• Current CPR certification

• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
