Licensed Practical Nurse Nights /Carrick Glen Senior Living

Full-time and Part-time nights 12 hr. shifts available. Pay rate $35.00 per hour. 

Job Description
Our Care team is looking for an exceptional nurse to help us manage and coordinate care for our residents. Our nurses enjoy strong relationships with the residents, collaborative work environments and a deep sense of belonging and appreciation. Nurses are responsible for carrying out a variety of healthcare services, including:

● Medication management;
● Coordinating care between outside providers 
● Disease management;
● Recording vitals;
● Developing Plans of Care;
● Hydration Therapy and more!

Qualifications:
● Active Driver’s License
● Active LPN License
● BLS/CPR Certification
