An established medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Fort Myers is seeking a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to take ownership of its injectable services.
This role is intended for a confident provider who can independently manage consultations, treatment planning, injections, follow-up care, and patient retention. The ideal candidate is already comfortable working in a busy aesthetic setting and does not require routine supervision or foundational injector training.

This role is intended for a confident provider who can independently manage consultations, treatment planning, injections, follow-up care, and patient retention. The Role
The Lead Aesthetic Provider will serve as the primary injector and help guide the continued development of the practice’s injectable department.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Providing neurotoxin treatments using products such as Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, and other leading brands
- Performing dermal filler treatments, full-face rejuvenation, facial balancing, and biostimulator injections
- Conducting thorough consultations and developing appropriate short- and long-term treatment plans
- Confidently recommending services based on patient goals, anatomy, clinical appropriateness, and budget
- Managing treatment follow-ups, touch-ups, complications, and patient concerns professionally
- Building strong patient relationships that support retention, referrals, and repeat treatment
- Maintaining complete and accurate clinical documentation
- Following all practice protocols and applicable Florida medical regulations
- Supporting injectable training, treatment standards, and clinical consistency within the practice
- Assisting with IV placement, venipuncture, and blood draws when needed
- Working collaboratively with the Medical Director, management, and the aesthetic and wellness teams
Applicants should have:
- An active Florida NP or PA license in good standing
- At least two years of hands-on cosmetic injecting experience
- Advanced experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Experience with Sculptra, Radiesse, or other biostimulators
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, aging patterns, and facial balancing
- The ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions
- A polished consultation style and the ability to confidently present treatment recommendations
- Excellent bedside manner and a professional, patient-centered approach
- Strong organization, follow-through, and documentation habits
- Proficiency with IV placement and venipuncture
