What You'll Do

As an Arista LPN, you'll provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and physician, helping patients safely remain in their homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Medication management and administration

• Wound care and dressing changes

• Patient assessment and observation

• Communicating changes in condition to the RN and physician

• Educating patients and family caregivers

• Maintaining accurate electronic documentation

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team

We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Has an active Ohio LPN license in good standing

• Is CPR certified

• Has at least one year of nursing experience (home health experience is a plus)

• Has reliable transportation and a valid Ohio driver's license

• Communicates professionally with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers

• Takes pride in providing compassionate, dependable care
