Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Nevada, MO
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Rotating 12-hour Day Shift (7:00am–7:00pm)
Schedule: Monday–Sunday, rotating schedule of 3 days on/4 days off, followed by 4 days on/3 days off.
Summary of the Role:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing quality products while following all safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment throughout the production process.
- Make basic machine adjustments to maintain efficient production.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Accurately complete production documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including weekends.
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
Compensation:
$19.00 per hour
