Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: I need someone 24 hours. I can't walk and need constant care. My insurance is anthem and Medicaid About the care needs: I have difficulty understanding foreign accents. I'm from New Jersey and can't understand foreign accents. When I ask to please repeat what they are saying, they think I'm hard of hearing. But I'm not hard of hearing, I just don't understand. I'm at my wits end. I'm not pregidist. I just don't understand what they are saying. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
