Childcare Needed

Looking for a nanny with a very flexible schedule! Im a per diem nurse, so my childcare needs vary from week to week, but I will know my schedule 6 weeks in advance and can collaborate with you. Some weeks I may need care 1-2 days, while other weeks I may not need any care at all. Im hoping to find someone who is comfortable with an as-needed schedule and enjoys the flexibility that comes with it.
