Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We are looking for a nanny to care for our almost 2-year-old and 3-month-old 3-5 days a week, from morning (about 8:30 a.m. CT) until afternoon (around 1 or 2 p.m. CT). May also need a day or two of 8am-4 p.m. This is our first time with a nanny, so we are still figuring out what scheduling will work best. Both husband and wife work from home, and we have an upstairs play area that will be designated for their care. Their ideal day would be waking up and getting ready, breakfast, and either going for a walk or enrichment activities. All subject to negotiation, as we do not have a firm schedule set for them at this time. We would love to hear about your experience and suggestions!
