Nanny Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Hi, we're looking for a loving nanny to help out with my daughter 2-3 days a week for 5 or so hours each day. We may transition to full time in a few months when she is older. We also have a 5-year-old son, but he's in school during the weekdays. We are a supportive family looking for someone experienced, responsible, and with strong references. Our last nanny became part of the family and stayed with us for 3 years until our son started school - we are looking ideally for a similar long-term close relationship.
