Nanny Needed For My Children

I just got a full time job as a hospitalist PA. Its starts in October and the hours will be irregular. Mostly 7am-5 p.m. including some weekends but also a few 3-10 p.m. shifts per month. My husband usually has calls starting at 7 a.m. and works Monday-Friday. My kids will be in Montessori school. We need to leave our home by 8 a.m. to get them to school on time at 8:30 a.m. and pick up time is 3:15 p.m. My husband may be able to do pick ups on occasion. He also travels for work once every 6 weeks. Most important is help with getting kids ready in the morning and driving them to school as well as picking up from school and possible after care.
