**Job Description** **Core responsibilities:** + Collaborate with and support our North America and Global marketing partners alongsideour team’s creative directors, designers, copywriters, and program managers. + Design and deliver at scale multiple assets in different sizes for different use cases acrossthe live events landscape. + From detail drawings and/or dimensions, set up artboards to allow for design of largeformat environmental print assets. + Adjust and resize multiple digital and print assets at scale. + Translate sketches and digital assets from Figma into print assets (Adobe Illustrator). + Create and duplicate at scale different sized live event digital and print assets. + Review and audit your own work to ensure it meets our high brand and quality standards. + Understand, follow, and champion brand guidelines and design best practices. **Basic qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years professional experience in related field (events,advertising, marketing creative, or graphic design) with proven agency and/or in-houseexperience. + A well-rounded portfolio of brand, events, campaign, and design work. Please includeportfolio link or PDF with your submission. + Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and experience working in Figma. + Ability to create content for digital/web, social, print media, and motion. + Ability to manage, prioritize, and lead multiple concurrent projects while adapting tochange in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. + Ability to confidently present ideas to business stakeholders, be receptive of feedback, andquickly apply changes. + Ability to communicate and express ideas clearly and comfortably in both written andspoken North American English. + Ability to understand and meet business goals by connecting strategic thinking to designoutput that drives positive impact. **Responsibilities** Evaluates and manages new strategic business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures. Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Provides leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives. Defines vision, strategies, and tactics.
