Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading distribution and manufacturing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Four Oaks, NC

Pay Range: $17-$18.00

Shift: Various shifts available 

What's the Job?

• Transport palletized products within the distribution center, including unloading, put-away, bulk and full pallet picking, loading, and replenishment
• Operate various material handling equipment such as high reach, counterbalance, electric pallet jack, and dock stocker
• Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure inventory accuracy and track products throughout the site
• Maintain product integrity and adhere to safety procedures at all times
• Assist with cross-training in other areas and provide backup support when needed

What's Needed?

• Previous forklift driving experience is required
• Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as high reach and counterbalance forklifts
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 2 days of employment
• High school diploma or GED is not required; relevant experience can substitute
