CNC Machinist – 2nd Shift

Competitive Pay | Training Provided | 3-Day Weekends!

Pay: $26.00/hour + $1.00 Shift Differential = $27.00/hour
 Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 2:15 PM – 12:45 AM
 Four 10-hour shifts per week
 Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off
 Training on 1st Shift (Monday – Friday)

We are seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. If you have CNC experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, and take pride in producing quality work, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
Set up, layout, and operate CNC lathes and mills
Read blueprints, work orders, and tooling instructions
Select and install tooling, fixtures, and work-holding devices
Set feeds, speeds, depths of cut, and machine parameters
Perform machine setups and monitor operations
Use precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and specification compliance
Troubleshoot and communicate production issues with supervisors and engineers
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
Additional Responsibilities
Perform assembly-related tasks using hand and power tools
Adjust, trim, and fit parts to close tolerances
Follow standard work instructions and visual aids
Conduct quality inspections and testing as required
Package finished products, print labels, and prepare shipments
Meet production and efficiency goals
Support 5S workplace organization initiatives
Rotate between work cells and assignments as needed
What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED

1+ year of CNC machining experience preferred

Ability to:

Read blueprints and manufacturing drawings
Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Perform basic math calculations
Follow written and verbal instructions
Work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
Stand for up to 90% of the shift
Lift up to 25 pounds regularly
Good hand-eye coordination
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
