Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition to join their team. As a HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting the Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition
Location: Athol, MA
Pay Range: $36–$41 per hour
Schedule: Onsite Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM for the first 3 months. After the initial training period, the position transitions to a hybrid schedule.
What's the Job?
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of roles across multiple locations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop hiring strategies, and create candidate profiles aligned with organizational needs
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Ensure a positive and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding processes to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires and maintain consistency across locations
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes and knowledge of employment laws related to hiring and selection
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site or manufacturing environment preferred
