General Production Associates – All Shifts Available

Denver, PA | $16.97–$17.22/hour

What You'll Do

As a General Production Associate, you'll help keep production running safely and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include:

• Inspecting products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
• Removing damaged or defective products and materials
• Verifying package accuracy, seals, and code dates
• Stacking cartons and trays onto pallets
• Operating pallet jacks to move finished products
• Supporting operators and production teams to maintain line efficiency
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Following all safety, food safety, and quality procedures
• Communicating effectively with team members and leadership
• Participating in cross-training opportunities across production areas
• Identifying and reporting safety or quality concerns

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to learn new tasks and rotate between production roles

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hour shifts
• Frequent reaching, grasping, and repetitive movements
• Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds
• Ability to maintain continuous visual focus on products and equipment
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise and exposure to food production materials
