Whether you're starting your manufacturing career or looking for a new opportunity, this role offers hands-on training and the chance to learn multiple areas of production.
What You'll Do
As a General Production Associate, you'll help keep production running safely and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include:
- Inspecting products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
- Removing damaged or defective products and materials
- Verifying package accuracy, seals, and code dates
- Stacking cartons and trays onto pallets
- Operating pallet jacks to move finished products
- Supporting operators and production teams to maintain line efficiency
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Following all safety, food safety, and quality procedures
- Communicating effectively with team members and leadership
- Participating in cross-training opportunities across production areas
- Identifying and reporting safety or quality concerns
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to learn new tasks and rotate between production roles
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hour shifts
- Frequent reaching, grasping, and repetitive movements
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds
- Ability to maintain continuous visual focus on products and equipment
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise and exposure to food production materials
