Industrial Maintenance Technician - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their dedicated team. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Dayton, TX

Pay Range: $28.00 and $30.00 depending on experience 

Shift: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday ( weekends may be required depending on need)

What's the Job?

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment to ensure optimal operation
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues efficiently
• Assist in the installation, modification, and repair of machinery and systems
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and safety standards

What's Needed?

• Relevant technical credentials, such as certifications 100037 and 100069
• Experience in industrial maintenance or related field preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
