Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Production Support team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Ludlow, VT

Pay Range: $31-$34

Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Thursday. Some hours on Fridays for projects / preventive maintenance tasks that can’t be done with the equipment running.

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance on various production equipment to ensure smooth operation
• Develop and refine preventive maintenance procedures for machinery
• Properly maintain automation equipment and associated machinery to designed standards
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently
• Troubleshoot and repair defective circuitry and electronic components

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting up to 480v 3-phase equipment and control circuits
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and basic PLC programming for troubleshooting
• Proficiency with basic power tools, volt meters, and test/measuring equipment
