Production Worker - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in food production, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the industrial department supporting the packaging and production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Louisburg, NC

Pay Range: $12

Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts available Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Assist with packing sauces into bottles on production lines
• Support production and line work activities to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards
• Perform basic production tasks as directed by supervisors

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform packing tasks efficiently
• Entry-level experience acceptable; training provided
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
