We are seeking a detailed-oriented Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience operating floor care equipment and is committed to delivering high- quality results while following all safety procedures.

Schedule Hours:

Mondays to Fridays

Full time: 4:00pm - 12:30am

Part time: 4:00pm - 10:00pm

Pay Rate: $17.50- $19.00 (based on experience)

Job Duties:

• Stripping, waxing and buffing floors
• General carpet cleaning and extraction
• Other cleaning duties as needed

Requirements:

• Must have experience operating commercial floor equipment.
• Ability to work with other crew members
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
