Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide care within the scope of physical therapy, following the established plan of care, and coordinating with the Interdisciplinary Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver care according to the plan of care, assess patient responses, and report any changes in condition to the Case Manager and/or Director of Nursing.
• Perform online charting in Kinnser promptly using company-provided devices.
• Provide supervision to LVNs when assigned, ensuring high-quality care.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of previous nursing experience.
• Current RN license to practice in California.
• Current California Driver's License.
• Flexibility to cover a 15-25 mile radius.
