Responsibilities
Design and execute growth strategies that expand our footprint within the Rhode Island market.
Mentor and inspire a dedicated team of sales professionals to achieve their personal and organizational goals.
Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and community stakeholders.
Collaborate with executive leadership to refine our service offerings and market positioning.
Oversee the full sales cycle from initial discovery to final closing for complex commercial accounts.
Ensure that all client interactions align with our core values of integrity and personalized support.
Requirements
Current State Life and Health Insurance License.
Minimum of five years experience in insurance sales or high-level account management.
Deep understanding of the New England market and local business landscapes.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior sales staff.
Strong command of presentation and negotiation techniques.
Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms and data analytics tools.
