We’re looking for a dentist who wants to make a meaningful impact both inside and outside the office.

• $40,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)

• Guaranteed $200,000 base salary with $300,000+ earning potential

• Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning

• Provide a full range of dental services, including restorations, crowns, bridges, extractions, veneers, whitening, and preventive care

• Utilize digital X-rays and modern dental technology

• Administer local anesthesia and ensure patient comfort

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

• Conduct oral cancer screenings

• Prescribe medications as needed

• Maintain compliance with sterilization, safety, and infection control protocols

• Take impressions for dental appliances such as dentures and mouthguards

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Active Kansas dental license (or eligibility)

• CPR certification

• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC guidelines

• Experience with dental practice management software preferred

• 1–2 years of experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
