Sayre Health Center in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Director to lead our clinical team and drive excellence in patient care. Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of all medical staff, providers, and care delivery operations
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, protocols, and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and best practices in primary care
• Collaborate with administrative leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and operational goals
• Mentor, recruit, and evaluate physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical staff
• Maintain a patient panel and provide direct patient care as part of the clinical team
• Lead efforts in population health management, chronic disease management, and preventive care

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree with board certification in a primary care specialty (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field)
• Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical leadership or medical director experience, preferably in a FQHC or community health setting
• Strong knowledge of value-based care, quality metrics, and PCMH standards
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Commitment to serving diverse and underserved patient populations
