Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Scheduling
- Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first mindset.
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Contact new leads and schedule consultations.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for both the sales and installation teams.
- Update customers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure a smooth experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes within company software systems.
- Monitor lead activity and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist with order tracking, customer updates, and issue resolution.
- Support warehouse and operations processes as needed.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with sales, installation, and leadership teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute positively to team culture and company goals.
